Get to know Thomas

I joined Flying Colours in September 2023. I am part of the back office team which manages the Letter of Authorities we submit to providers around the UK. In addition to this, I manage the paperwork which we receive on a day-to-day basis, making sure it’s filed and organized appropriately.

I have much less client interaction at this moment, however, I work closely with all members of the business here at Flying Colours.

Outside of work

I mostly enjoy relaxing at home, reading books and listening to music.

What do you love about your job?
This role has provided me with a great exposure to not only the business, but the field of Financial Services in general. Working on multiple side projects has given me a good insight into the internal mechanisms of the business, and for that I am grateful for.
What do you love about Flying Colours?
The company has a great family feel to it, everyone works well as a team here, and is incredibly supportive. In addition, they support your progress with professional qualifications at the company, which is a great incentive.
