Get to know Russell
I joined Flying Colours in March 2020 after working in the banking sector for a high street bank, gaining numerous qualifications along the way.
I worked with the general public as a local branch manager for more than a decade, where service and building relationships was essential in the development of creating lifelong relationships with clients.
I work now alongside the advisers creating life planning solutions. I enjoy working with all types of clients, and as an aspiring financial adviser I’m picking up knowledge on my journey.
Outside of work
Outside of work, I enjoy keeping fit.
What do love about your job?
Working with my colleagues and picking up as much knowledge as possible.

That we are supporting clients with long-term financial planning relationships and suitable advice to help them achieve their financial objectives.
Absolute loves
I love to spend time with the family, go cycling, and watch football, mainly supporting my local team Scunthorpe United (which hasn’t been fun over the last 2-3 years 😣).
Pet hates
People who are rude or not honest and animal cruelty.
