My name is Cameron McGregor, and I’ve been a client of Flying Colours and Sarah since January 2017.

I decided to work with Sarah and Flying Colours following the recommendation of Flying Colours and my introduction to Sarah, who I found to be approachable and knowledgeable and gave clear guidance on what was right and what was best for me.

The reason behind choosing to work with Sarah is that I needed someone to guide and advise me on some investments prior to my retirement.

What I wanted to achieve in retirement was financial security, with some ambitious plans built into that and Sarah has helped and continues to help in achieving that. Long may that continue.

If I wasn’t working with Sarah, I would not feel as confident about my financial future. I feel her advice and the portfolio have withstood the recent market shocks far better than I would expect to have been able to do if it had been me managing my money. Her expertise and her depth of knowledge of the markets are first class.

The best piece of advice I, or I’ll say we at this stage because I will include my wife in this, was for my wife not to transfer out her final salary pension and that has proved to be a very worthwhile piece of advice because the valuations have gone all over the place, and it would have been a bad idea to have done so. So that’s, I know it’s a negative, but it was a piece of advice not to do something, which I thought was very sound and has proven so to be.

Some words or phrases that come to mind when thinking of Flying Colours are secure, peace of mind, approachable, and knowledgeable.

I would surely recommend both Flying Colours and Sarah to other people. Definitely, unequivocally.
