Get to know Alice

I joined Flying Colours as an administrator in 2018. Before this I’d worked at two local IFA firms. I then moved into paraplanning as a trainee, moving up to paraplanner, then senior paraplanner in 2023.

My day-to-day role includes liaising with advisers, administrators, and providers, researching different products and providers, and writing client reports.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I love to be outside walking with my Cocker Spaniel Woody, getting into a good book, eating out, and spending time with my nearest and dearest.

What do love about your job?
I love that every day is different and there’s always something new to learn!
What do you love about Flying Colours?
Flying Colours are like one big family. I love the flexibility they offer which enables me to split my time between office and home.
Absolute loves
TGI Fridays and my dog.
Pet hates
Seeing people recording at a concert or live event. People just cannot be in the moment anymore – everything has to be documented on social media!
