Get to know Aoife
I’ve worked in financial services since 2006 and joined Flying Colours in 2016 as an IFA administrator. Since then, I’ve gained experience in many areas of the business which finally led to working in HR. Day-to-day, I’m hands-on with all aspects of people practice within the business from recruitment, payroll, and HR policies to maintaining our back-office system, driving appraisals, and so much more. I enjoy getting to know the team at Flying Colours and being a listening ear when needed.
Outside of work
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and travelling home to Ireland as much as possible.
What do love about your job?
Every day is different in HR and it’s great getting to know and understand all aspects of the business.
What do you love about Flying Colours?
The friendly, open environment we work in. I love that I never have the Sunday evening feeling of dread about going to work on Monday morning.
