Get to know Celeste
I’ve worked in marketing and business development for over 25 years and can’t imagine doing anything else! I’ve worked in-house and agency-side within the financial services sector over the last few years.
I joined Flying Colours in 2023. My role is to ensure that we’re effectively communicating with our clients, and to support our teams in retaining and attracting new clients
Outside of work
After many years of hating it, I now enjoy exercise and do circuits and PT every week. I also enjoy hiking and try to do a walking challenge each year. In recent years, I’ve done the Three Peaks Challenge twice (never again), walked part of Hadrian’s Wall, and hiked the Inca Trail.
What do love about your job?
I really believe that financial advice can change people’s lives for the better, and I enjoy being a part of that.

The team are genuinely friendly people who are committed to our clients. I also enjoy working for an ambitious business with big plans for the future!
Absolute loves
My kids, wine, hiking, boxing, holidays in the UK and abroad.
